24 BASIC TIPS FOR CANCER PREVENTION

  1. No to any refined oil.
  2. No to any milk of animal origin.
  3. No to cubes (artificial seasonings).
  4. No to the consumption of the gasified juices of the different breweries (32 pieces of sugar per litre).
  5. No to refined sugars.
  6. No to microwave usage.       
  7. No to mammography before delivery.
  8. No to tight fitting bras, no bras when sleeping.
  9. No to alcohol.
  10. Do not reheat frozen meals.
  11. Do not conserve water in the refrigerator using plastic bottles.
  12. All contraceptive pills are not good because they change the woman’s hormonal system and can lead to cancer.
  13. Deodorants are dangerous especially when used after shaving.
  14. Cancer cells eat mainly sugar, either white or brown.
  15. Sugar suppression in diet can regress cancer progression.
  16. Eating raw organic vegetables.
  17. Taking honey in measured quantities in place of sugar.
  18. Consume more of vegetable proteins such as beans instead of meat.
  19. Drinking two glasses of water on an empty stomach before brushing your teeth.
  20. Drink anti cancer juice: Aloe vera + ginger + parsley + celery + promaline (middle of the pineapples) mix and drink on an empty stomach.
  21. Eat raw or cooked carrot or drink the juice each day (if possible).
  22. Do not drink tea in a plastic cup (use clay, porcelain or tempered glass cups).
  23. Do not eat anything hot in a paper or plastic bag. Example: potato (fried).
  24. Do not cook microwavable foods using plastic material.

Note:

When plastic is in contact with heat, it generates chemicals that can cause 52 types of cancer.

*       Avoid drinking Coca cola after you have eaten pineapple as a dessert.
*       Do not mix pineapple juice with Coca cola. This mixture is deadly!
