24 BASIC TIPS FOR CANCER PREVENTION
- No to any refined oil.
- No to any milk of animal origin.
- No to cubes (artificial seasonings).
- No to the consumption of the gasified juices of the different breweries (32 pieces of sugar per litre).
- No to refined sugars.
- No to microwave usage.
- No to mammography before delivery.
- No to tight fitting bras, no bras when sleeping.
- No to alcohol.
- Do not reheat frozen meals.
- Do not conserve water in the refrigerator using plastic bottles.
- All contraceptive pills are not good because they change the woman’s hormonal system and can lead to cancer.
- Deodorants are dangerous especially when used after shaving.
- Cancer cells eat mainly sugar, either white or brown.
- Sugar suppression in diet can regress cancer progression.
- Eating raw organic vegetables.
- Taking honey in measured quantities in place of sugar.
- Consume more of vegetable proteins such as beans instead of meat.
- Drinking two glasses of water on an empty stomach before brushing your teeth.
- Drink anti cancer juice: Aloe vera + ginger + parsley + celery + promaline (middle of the pineapples) mix and drink on an empty stomach.
- Eat raw or cooked carrot or drink the juice each day (if possible).
- Do not drink tea in a plastic cup (use clay, porcelain or tempered glass cups).
- Do not eat anything hot in a paper or plastic bag. Example: potato (fried).
- Do not cook microwavable foods using plastic material.
Note:
When plastic is in
contact with heat, it generates chemicals that can cause 52 types of cancer.
* Avoid
drinking Coca cola after you have eaten pineapple as a dessert.
* Do
not mix pineapple juice with Coca cola. This mixture is deadly!
